Online Payment - Online payments can be made through our WIPP portal by clicking the green "PAY YOUR BILL ONLINE" button below, however fees apply. With a credit card (2.95% fee) or with an e-check ($1.95 fee).  The processing/convenience fees are retained by the service provider and are not paid to, nor shared with, the Monroe Township Utility Department.

Online Bill Pay – Online bill pay may be set up through the customers bank. Please contact your bank with any questions regarding this option.

Drop Box – There is a drop box slot located in the front door of the building, which a payment can be placed in at any time. Please only put checks or money orders in the drop box, no cash.

Please Do NOT Flush Disinfecting Wipes, Paper Towels Down Toilet – Throw Them Away Instead

Flushing wipes, paper towels and similar products down toilets will clog sewers and cause backups and overflows at wastewater treatment facilities.  Even wipes labeled “flushable” will clog pipes and interfere with sewage collection.
