• Are proper MTUD applications* filed for proposed water and/or sewer connection, as per MTUD Rules & Regulations?  Call if you have any questions.
• Are all MTUD water and/or sewer fees paid? 
• These could include:
•  Connection fees for water
•  Connection fees for sewer
•  Are all water and/or sewer reimbursements paid up?
• Are all escrow accounts paid in full?
• Check any recent Monroe Township tax sales or liens?
