As shown in the attached photo, the new 2016 plots have been staked out by M.T.U.D. staff and the Contractor has installed the walking paths. Watch Township news concerning the Opening Day currently scheduled on May 1st.
M.T.U.D. has again assisted the Township and the Friends of the Monroe Township Community Garden in the development of additional garden plots. For 2016, M.T.U.D. staff has extended and looped a two (2) inch water line and added six (6) new water faucets (hose bids).
In the near future, M.T.U.D. will complete our work by installing all new hoses and nozzles throughout the garden site.
